Black Peak or Kalanag is situated at an altitude of 6387 m above sea level. It is a well-known expedition among peak climbers. Black peak is the highest peak in the Saraswati mountain range in the Garhwal Himalayas. In local dialect, Black peak means Kalanag, it looks like a Black Cobra. Black peak creates a massif with Bandarpoonch peaks. The Bandarpoonch family is clearly visible from the top. Black Peak Expedition has become the most preferred expedition today.
